B&B Hitching Post

I chartered a large group of seniors here for lunch and the food was good. The salad bar was a bonus that I wasn’t expecting, but upon entering the pies caught my eyes. If you ever ride by this place, stop in, dine, but please save some room for the pies.

Just a gem! Rachel H was our server and absolutely delightful. The cheese curds, shrimp, kids menu (corn dogs and pasta), vegetarian burger (with a side of horseradish sauce and BBQ) were all great. We got many types of fries and enjoyed the waffle fries the best. The Oreo cheesecake was also wonderful. Look forward to returning!

I stopped here for dinner today. It is Friday. They had a lot of options for their fish fry. They had everything from cod to walleye. I got the bluegill! It was delicious. I really liked the tarter sauce, it had large chunks of pickles in it. It came with a choice from a long list of items for a side. I got the garlic red potatoes. And the dinner came with the soup and salad bar! All for a great price of $14.99. It was a great deal! Great food and great service. I give this place two thumbs up for tonight's dinner.

We are new to the area and visited on Sunday AM for brunch. Food was great at a good price. They had a breakfast/brunch buffet that day with a good selection. Our server (Lisa?) Was amazing, super friendly and attentive We will definitely be back.

A hidden gem. Went from recommendation from nurse from hospital. Very welcoming place with home cooking and salad bar. Both our meals were very hot & tasty and enjoyed the salad bar. Place is an older place and is a bit dark inside. Very friendly staff and customers.
