McDonald's

This is the most professional, quiet and expeditious McDonalds I have ever been to In my 45 years on this earth. The food was fresh, restaurant clean and they even honored my request for a fresh bagel. They also put a lemon slice in my sweet tea for me 🤯. Whomever is running this establishment is doing a mighty fine job. Keep running a tight ship. I most definitely will stop every time I pass through. Oh there ice cream machine actually works. 🤯

The 2nd sandwich that was made the steak was burnt and no sauce or cheese why if it goes from a Begal to a biscuit do you make it burnt and plain. They fixed it but it's everytime I order it and I tell them put everything on it. Steak is still burnt

I typically don't do much fast food these days, but had a hankering for a Big Mac. It's probably been 3 or 4 years since I've had one. It was cold, I mean not even lukewarm. Oh well, I guess it will be another 3 or so years before I try again. Just brought the grands here because that's what they wanted. They just can't get it together. They up-sized the drinks and charged us. We didn't ask for that, these are little kids. When we told them, they looked like a deer in the headlights, lost as a goose. Couldn't understand what happened.

My wife's filet of fish was great, however my quarter pounder was old and cold. Service was slow and did not receive napkins and ketchup.

It seems if you want your food correct you have to go inside and order on the kiosk and double check your food before you leave, I got my husband to stop by on his way home from work cause I’m 8 months pregnant and am tired all I wanted was 2 PLAIN CHEESEBURGERS with meat and cheese THATS IT and they couldn’t even do that.. so I’m very disappointed. Yea I’m southern but the tea my goodness the amount of sugar they put you would think you’d go into diabetic shock..
