KURA JAPANESE CUISINE

Yeah they are very slow but that's not the problem,they are not a fast food place so it'll take time. However, the food is terrible and that can't be excused,I got a steak and it was the worst steak I've ever had. it was drenched in sauce and had a bad after taste,I couldn't eat the rest of the day afterwards from feeling sick.I ate 1 piece of the steak and didn't touch it again, the fries were normal( you can't really mess up fries that come from a bag unless you burn them). They should find some new cooks and give a bigger portion size on the fries that come with the steak ( I think the portion sizes on the rice dishes are good though, don't ever get the shrimp hibachi you'll get like 5 pieces of shrimp and a mountain of rice, the chicken or mixes of meats are the way to go). 20 plus dol

Tonight was their first night/grand opening! Please don't let the negative reviews turn you away. yes, it did take awhile for the food, but what can you expect? it's their first night and it will get better! Our server was very kind and the food was amazing! well worth the wait. I do recommend before writing negative comments, try the restaurant again when they have been open for a few days. to give the staff time to get organized. All of the staff were friendly. definitely will be returning!

Food was very tough. We couldn't eat our chicken and shrimp dish even after we took it home to try and make it tender. We finished the plain rice dish to make it taste good but whomever is cooking the meat dishes needs some cooking lessons. The best food is best when prepped properly not just cooked when ordered.

Services is slow and waitresses have 0 training and none know anything about the menu. Seems to have a communication error between the staff. Disorganized and chaotic took 45 minutes to place order. Additional 30 minutes after order still missing food had to change order to go. Watched numerous customers leave before getting there order taken. Got my sushi but had to cancel rest of my order and leave cause my entire lunch break was over. Will try again in a few weeks.

We only got our soup. Didn't get salad until I asked for it and we already had our dinner then that's not Ginger dressing it tasted frozen as well. The Hibachi chicken and steak and shrimp was good, but theres not enough steak and shrimp for that price. The rice can not be freshly made you can tell it was warmed up not from a pan. Also my sushi roll had a rotten alvacodo. I will eat there again they just need some help that's all and some more steak and shrimp on dinner plate.
