McDonald's

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Noone speaks English and I have ordered to go food over 30 minutes ahead of time, but never is ready on time. There is never anyone at the front counter, so you have to practically go back in the kitchen to get someone to acknowledge there is a customer. Today is my last visit. They gave my order to someone else today and then wanted to argue with me that someone else had already picked it up. If we keep tolerating this horrible service, they will keep providing it. I had to wait for 20 minutes to get the order filled. When it was done, they just threw it on the counter and walked away. They never let me know it was there or offered even so much as an apology.

Went through the drive thru, ordered a hamburger. This is what they gave me. A plain meat patty and nothing else! This place consistently gives terrible service and this was the last straw. Never going back again

How hard is it to get an order correct. Would help if the person who does the drive through could speak fluent English and could understand what I ordered. So annoying getting where I'm going to open and see not what I ordered.

I normally don’t really take out the time to write reviews, but I wanted to give a really good review for the people that work At night time… My job is like three minutes from this McDonald’s so there’s a few times where when I get off of work I come to this McDonald’s at least a few times a week for dinner and no lie every single time like clockwork. The food is always fresh and that’s very unusual unfortunately it’s unusual at other McDonald’s but at this McDonald’s the food is literally always fresh and the people are so nice so I hope that the people that work overnight or at night time like around 10 PM get some sort of recognition for the service and the qualities that they provide because it’s really good.

Menu says "Quarter Pounder". What happened to the cheese? Oh - cheese is extra here, apparently. Got my QP, it looks like a slightly glorified cheap hamburger. Patty was super-thin and very dry. Won't be back.
