McDonald's

Im normally not a McDonalds fan but this one in Pilot Mountain was different..It was clean..the folks were friendly..A nice lady offered a drink while i waited..The food was good ..

It's so slow here. Honestly the slowest service in the dinning room I've ever seen. I understand drive thru is priority but I saw them knock out a whole wrapped around line while we stood here waiting for a cheeseburger and 6 nuggets... Not cool guys. Do better plz.

Everytime i go food is always wrong, they dont care, they are slow even when being told about egg allergys they put mayo on my food ( doesnt even come with it) and went back through three times because they kept just trying to wipe it off. This is just one of the many times theyve done this with food, Fries are almost always reheated same with the nuggets, by far the worst fast food experience ive ever had. Wouldn’t even feed it to dogs bot to mention almost every worker is rude

People love to hate on Wendy's in pilot, but I'd like to turn your attention to the McDonald's. The service here is absolute GARBAGE. My sister picked up food for me and my family today and our experience was terrible. First of all, she was told to wait for an extra 10ish minutes for her food, which would totally be understandable if they actually put all of our food in the bag. She returned home to find that they had forgotten an entire Mcdouble in our order. If that didn't already change your mind, let me tell you about the food itself. The fries were cold and floppy. My mother got a mcchicken that she had to throw away because the texture was disgusting. They forgot every dipping sauce that we ordered. And to top it all off, the nuggets were gross too. I don't expect great service or quality from fast food but I do expect that when I pay for a product that I am able to use/consume it in the first place. For the last 2 months everytime I order a blended beverage the drink has been completely undrinkable by the time I get to the bottom because the ice doesn't blend small enough to even pass through the straw. At first it was just the last 1/5 of my drink but now apparently it's gotten so bad that I can't get through half of it. How has this not been resolved yet?
