Required second coffee purchase to get a free refill. One manager very unfriendly to me don’t know why. Other managers pleasant. They mark your cup LR for last refill. I’m a senior .

I’m only giving a two stars because the quality of the food was good and the staff is really friendly. However, the price of the menu items is nearly 2 times as much vs other cities. The 20 piece nugget is seven dollars more vs other places/cities. I’m assuming that the owner has their reasons. I’m just shocked it’s that much.

Employee rude to my mother and her own coworkers. Normally fairly decent, but today we went in, my mother ordered a coffee flavor, that they didn't have. Which is fine, it happens. We just asked for a refund, where Tara told us they don't do refunds, asked to replace it with a cheaper drink and not give us any refund. We just wanted the refund because they didn't have the item we wanted. She kept profusely refusing to give us a refund and kept naming things off to give us instead, after a few minutes of refusing she called the manager over, who said the refund was fine. It was an excessively long conversation with a rude employee when she could have just asked the manager from the get go. Play sucks. I’ve been trying to get breakfast 1029 in the morning 1020 sitting in line for breakfast and then they told me I can’t get it kind of ridiculous. It’s like the fourth time in a row. I’m never going back to your McDonald’s. Keep your McMuffin.
