After sitting and waiting 10 minutes for my food this is the Filet O Fish I received. Do better or get a different job. Take pride in any and everything you do and you'll be a success in any and everything you do.

Normally this McDs at 655N Lapeer in Oxford is fresh, accurate, and friendly service. Much to my dismay it was complete opposite today. I ordered one simple sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal. I don’t eat fast food often and when I do I want it fresh, as it should always be. It wasn’t crowded at all, so I thought for sure they’d cook me something fresh. Nope!!! The hash brown was good, the Dr P bubbly and perfect, the sausage egg and Chz McMuffin was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! There is no way in heck that the server/cook whoever didn’t know the condition of what felt like a hockey puck. I could feel thru the wrapper the muffin was hard as a rock. I thought, hmmmm…. I opened it up to a COLD, BURNT, dried up sandwich that looks like it was taken out of the waste bin! I am mortified

Always and I mean always check to make sure they give you your sauces. They will charge you for them but then not give you them. It's happened multiple times and I've had to go in. Now the fry situation, which is what prompted me to make this review since I normally don't. I pay for a large fry and get the quantity of a small fry. Literally the box wasn't even all the way full. I was just over at that point I didn't get my sauces and then my large fry was filled halfway which honestly barely looked enough to fill a small bag.

I ordered on the app and they still couldn't get my order right. Missing a hash brown. Make me pay extra for sauce on my sandwich and didn't put it on there. Paid for extra Carmel in my frape and there was barely any in it.

Ask for extra cheese and sauce and I got less than the last time when I didn’t ask for extra. First time going for dinner instead of lunch. Guess the afternoon guys don’t care.
