McDonald's

If no stars was an option that’s the one i would pick. Came into the lobby to get my wife and I some breakfast while passing through the area. First I was greeted with the smelling of rotting garbage. It smellls like they have trash piled up in the back, absolutely awful smell. Then I was greeted with awful attitude from 2 different employees. I’m a kind man from the south so I was nice despite the attitude. Waited almost 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwich’s. When I finally got out to my car and gave my wife her sandwich the sausage on hers was rock hard and my biscuit tasted like it wasn’t even cooked. It was still completely cold. I was a mcdonald’s gm for 7 years and if any customer at my store had this experience I would be appalled. Drove about 15 minutes and found another mcdonalds

Staff is friendly and food is hot. But every other time my family stops by we have items missing.... like the sauce for the nugs, apples or toy in happy meal, and sometimes main food items. Also, napkins are rarely given...if they are there isn't enough for each person to have one. Like I stated before, food is usually hot and well made...and the staff is nice. Just check your order before you leave the parking lot.

Absolute HORRIBLE PLACE. The lady who took my order (PHENOMENAL) the only one with a once of kindness. The drive through lady was very wretched. I asked for ketchup and she was in such a rush most of the ketchup I was given is in the drive through ground We are not from around here and I’m in awe about how RUDE this whole area is. The gentleman at the front counter dropped my condiments in my hand (mind you these are the condiments that weren’t given during my transaction through drive through that I asked for) and then too boot that had my drinks wrong and told me to replace my drink and there was NO ICE in the machine they told me to replace my drink at that they screwed up in the drive through. I’m absolutely appalled and yall need to have more employees like the lady who took my driv

I went to this McDonald's today and I didn't like how I was treated. I ordered my food at the drive-thru and after I paid for my food at the second window, I asked the cashier who was a heavy set woman and has brown hair if she could give me the receipt, and she ignored me and closed the window, and when my order was ready, instead of giving me my order, she decided to do other things and she took her time.

Got here twice since it's very close to the place we stayed at the lake. Service is fine and parking area is okay. Food is fine, as long my fries and sandwich is good,got no problem.
