McDonald's

We went to this McD store on Saturday evening to get some dinner. It wasn’t really busy at that time. The store was nice and clean. This store had the Play Place, an area for kids to play. The play space had a small slide and some climbing area. The dining space was also really nice. There’s drive thru lanes as well, We used the kiosk to put in our order. It was ready in few minutes. All items were packed correctly. The happy meal, nuggets, fries, sandwiches all tasted fine. This is probably the nicest McD in the area, I would visit it more often for sure.

Poor service poor service, and not willing to help a customer in need of help. i ordered my food for drive-thru by mistake and asked for help by showingg my order no. NO HELP AT ALL!!! I declined what she said.. I understand being busy and i waited until all pick ups were done but no help. I ended up going back to my car and pick up at dribe-thru.

The service used to be poor and the staffs were rude, but recently the entire atmosphere has changed! Now the employees are friendly and welcoming, even during the busiest times.

The drive thru has a SIGNIFICANT AND DANGEROUS design flaw that damages multiple cars a day. The staff is familiar with daily accidents and points it out. This McDonald’s was recently bought out, and the current owner does not acknowledge complaints or incident reports. Looks like a class action lawsuit is due.

To whoever is managing this location, please give your entire staff working on 8/22/25 at 5:44pm a round of applause. Everyone was attentive, friendly, responsive and willing to go above and beyond for the people in the restaurant. Great job everyone!
