Warning to anyone thinking about ordering from this McDonald's location. I went there around 1:30 AM, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The woman at the counter was extremely rude, raising her voice and speaking to customers in a very disrespectful way, like she was looking for an argument with anyone. I also saw with my own eyes that she refused to give an order to a driver from DoorDash and told him, “I’m not giving you the order,” right in front of everyone. What’s surprising is that there were younger employees working there who were actually polite and trying to be helpful, but her behavior made the whole place uncomfortable. It’s shocking that a company like McDonald's allows this kind of behavior in front of customers. Very unprofess

We order two six piece nuggets and two small fries. With every nugget order a complementary sauce comes with it. For the bigger sizes you get a more sauce. Our kids will eat the sauce with nuggets made at home so we always order extra. Tonight 12/18/2025 we order ten extra sauces. We only got 10 sauces. We should have received the complementary ones as well. I have never had this issue at other McDonald’s. It may not seem like a big deal but it kind of is!

This McDonalds is disgusting! The service was okay and the workers were kind of nice and they were pretty respectful, But I ordered a Big Mac and it had this nasty slimey white stuff in it and my chicken nuggets were cold. Overall the food was disgusting but my grandson loved the little rainbow table in the back so I'll be nice.

A simple order and we waited almost 30 mins for it. They obviously ignore the dine in customer and focus strictly on their drive thru...we wanted to sit and eat our food... They couldn't have cared less...

Food was fine, I ordered on my mobile app when was expecting to pick it up within 10 to 15 minutes. Only to have to wait outside with nobody answering the drive-thru for about 20 to 25 minutes. As I write this review I'm still waiting for someone to say something at the drive-thru..... Granted it is early 6:10 a.m.
