McDonald's

Drive thru at approximately 3:40am, ordered 3 cheeseburgers ALL extra onions and ONE add Mac sauce, plus 2 cheeseburger deluxe. Drive home and go to enjoy and noticed ALL 3 of my cheeseburgers not only have NO pickle but have 0 onions as well! ALSO forgot the Mac sauce on the one THAT I PAID FOR AND DID NOT RECEIVE. Drive was too far to go back so unfortunately I can’t get this fixed.

Not your typical McDonald's store because the atmosphere is somewhat different. Restroom smells like pee. Be mindful of used needles as you might stumble upon. Be aware of your belongings as sketchy folks are watching you. Not a good place to dine with your family.

Food was as expected. Place is small and busy. What made it 2 stars.... 1) The place was not clean. The tables were not wiped, we have to wipe them when we used it. 2) The washroom was fine that it was controlled by the employee but what wasn't good was that out of many doors inside the main washroom door, there were only 2 that were functional and worse, they're not clean! It was early morning when we went there and it was that bad already! Not going back.

I was visiting Niagara and I ordered a veggie combo meal from drive through and they passed me chicken burger and we were now on highway and we called them and asked them what they did and she said we can’t do anything now ! We don’t eat chicken and our money is now wasted, poor service!

Excellent service 👏🏼 manager made certain her employees meals were ordered and made before guests were so that they were able to take thier breaks in a timely manner. I was impressed with her duty to make certain of that. Kudos to the manager that was working there on Decemeber 13th at around 8pm. Keep up the good work. I say this because I'm well aware of how hard the employees here work and the lack of respect other locations have for their employees. My family and friends will be attending this location again and again and again. The store was clean the service was fast and the atmosphere felt wonderful 👌🏽 10/10 would recommend 👌🏽
