I've been coming here for 6 years. And I've only had my order partially incorrect 1 time. Which I called and brought my order back with the sticker and they corrected it right away. The lines are speedy, and it's worth waiting and pulling forward to get fresh food, customized orders are always correct.Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is very friendly.I have not had to see a manager.But when i've been inside, I don't even feel like they need a manager. Like the staff just have it on their own. I don't know who's running this place... But they definitely know how to keep their staff motivated.And they're doing an excellent job, because even though i've seen many different faces over the years, the customer service stays on point. Are you serious...ordered a mcflurry, expecting to get a plastic cup with the original spoon in the cup. Instead, I get this....A PAPER CUP WITHOUT A LID ON IT....FOR A MCFLURRY. You've gotta be kidding me.. This is the WORST idea ever. First of all....when it begins to melt, the paper will begin to soften and the whole thing will be useless...just like the paper straws. Secondly, this thing stays open even when you "close" the flaps. A disaster waiting to happen.. Please do better!!!!

McDonald's has really gone downhill. The nerve to charge so much for food that is nowhere near as good as other places is laughable. Nothing about this franchise is special anymore. Their pretend "upscale" push is not working. Stop being greedy with your prices and offer better food at an affordable price.

This place was definitely better then your average McDonalds. The food is very fresh, at least it was when I was there, and was at sit down dining. The service was nothing spectacular, but they did do they're job, so there isn't a problem there. The atmosphere is better then the average McDonalds, looking very fancy and nice for a McDonalds. Overall, an above average experience for a McDonalds

I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe no lettuce and 5 times they got the order wrong like seriously it’s just NO LETTUCE…. Then they parked me for them to make it again and waiting waited 10 minutes!! They wasn’t even busy parking lot had one car in it!!
