McDonald's

Not my first visit here, but unfortunately it was not a great one. I asked about the *new shake on the menu* and was met with, *“I dunno, it’s a shake.”* That set the tone right away. I decided to skip the shake and ordered my usual two double cheeseburgers, which are normally part of a buy-one-get-one offer. When I asked if the deal was still available, the response was, *“I can’t hear you, speak up.”* To be fair, this is New Bedford — sirens, traffic, people yelling — it’s loud. But that’s all the more reason your drive-thru team should be trained to handle it professionally. We waited longer than usual for the food, and when it finally came, the attitude was even worse. The male employee at the window was abrupt and dismissive. To top it off, the burgers were cold, cheese unmelted —

Waited 10 minutes by the counter, Gave me the wrong food twice in a row, asked for a plan mccrispy they gave me one with mayo lettuce bacon, sent it back asked for plain they repeated it back to me and then gave me ANOTHER with everything on it. The dude next to me had to send his mcflurry back THREE TIMES bc they kept giving him the wrong one! They also were just giving door dashers the wrong names and the dashers were like hey this isn't mine! Fries were cold as well

Every-time I go to this McDonald’s something is missing or incorrect in my order. Once a worker rolled his eyes at me for requesting extra sauce.

This is my favorite fast food place in town. Awesome staff and my order is always perfect. ❤️

Location has no bathroom. No tables. Dont stop for a road trip....
