I don’t even leave reviews but this one’s deserving. Every time I’ve visited this location, either there’s something wrong with the food (or not getting what you ordered) or its poor customer service. This time was both, do better.

My mother was craving a fish sandwich. After trying the purchased sandwich, she could not ingest it due to burned and hard filet. I went in to request anothervsandwich, which was also burned as well as cold and stale. Needless to say she has decided to no longer order that item.

Was served a raw burger tonight. When I got home and called to complained they informed me to drive back up there for a refund🙄

This is their idea of a deluxe chicken sandwich. It was slopped together in the box. Mayonnaise on the inside of the box and all over the outside of the bun. Chicken was burnt. This was ordered at 10:45 in the morning right when it starts serving lunch. These photos are what the deluxe chicken look like when I open the box.

Rude, disorganized, no communication, no urgency, messed up the shake 3 times, and this is what I finally ended up with after complaining to manager and her not caring. 9/19/24 04:40pm order 86. If gm or someone reads this and cares.
