Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

this was my medium icecream on 2/20/26 at 7pm 🤣 where’s the rest? 🤨 my other cone was only filled to the cone line and was given a small drink instead of medium ordered. never had a worse dairy queen order

Very friendly staff and the food was hot and fresh! Parking is the only issue- the drive thru will get backed up all the way to the street, and if you are trying to back out of a parking spot, nobody will let you get out. I sat for 20 minutes in my parking spot because the drive thru line blocks the parking spots. Park at your own risk!

UPDATE: Issue resolved WITHOUT additional actions on customers part! Incorrect order fulfillment without a resolution that DID NOT require the customer to act AGAIN!! Why is it when the RESTAURANT messes up an order it’s the CUSTOMERS responsibility to take action to CORRECT their incompetence?

Ordered a blizzard, drove 5 blocks and it was total liquid. Went back to get another and asked them to serve it upside down to make sure it was thick, the girl said they don't do that anymore. I know why, the 2nd was almost as close to liquid as the first. ...and a generic response to the review, typical. How about, " We'll check into why our ice cream machine isn't dispensing product solid enough to make an actual blizzard!" That would be a better response.

2 for $5 cheeseburger was definitely microwaved, pickle and ketchup were steaming hot, chewy bun. Blizzard mix ins only in top half. Very friendly service and would go again in a pinch but wouldn't recommend it
