Just my latest from this restaurant. I eat here literally everyday. But this latest is really gross. Breakfast burrito with mold on the tortilla that is on the outside and penetrates all the way through to the inside. I complained and got a form letter saying that it is their wish that we get better service. I'm considering sharing this with the health department.

Didn't expect much going in, this location hasn't been updated like the rest around Frederick. But by no means it looked outdated. Ordered food for kids, staff was friendly, service was quick, and store was very clean. Kids enjoyed the play area as well.

I’ve also used the mobile app for pickup a few times, and it’s a smooth process that saves time. The food quality is consistent—fries are hot and crispy, burgers are made fresh, and breakfast items are always reliable. I especially appreciate that they’ve kept the McCafé menu

I visit this McDonald’s often, but I continue to have the same issue with the employee handing out food in the drive-thru around 3:45–4:00 PM today. The employee does not greet customers at all—no “hello,” no “thank you,” no acknowledgment. She simply stares, hands you the food, and shuts the window. This has happened multiple times, not just today, and it makes the experience very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. In addition, orders are often incorrect. Today, my drink was supposed to be a Coke, but I was given a Dr. Pepper instead. When I asked for a refill, I was only given half of the drink. She then took the cup somewhere else instead of refilling it in front of me, which made me uncomfortable, and I ended up throwing the drink away because I didn’t trust it. This is a serious issue

Not only is the remodel extremely well done but the kids area is just amazing! We happen to come in on a family night and they have lots of games and coloring books and things for the kids to do. I definitely recommend the McDonald's here in Mount Airy. The management was really wonderful and took care of us the entire evening. I think we may have been the last ones to leave 😂
