McDonald's

Staff gave us three different people's orders before finally asking us to repeat what we'd purchased. They gave us a cheeseburger with the wrong toppings on it (we'd requested it plain for the diner receiving it had dietary restrictions) but it came with everything on it. Finally, after all the issues, they tried to move us on without giving us our drinks. Seemed like a poorly trained staff having a particularly bad day.

10/14/25 at 7:45 pm. Ordered 2 large lemonade drinks with light ice at the drive thru. Was given the drink half filled with ice, told the lady at the counter that I ordered light ice. She was not happy about it. Took back my drink and gave me the drink back with NO ice. The lady did not even looked at me, as if, she knowingly did this to annoy me. I still thanked her and left not satisfied. I ended up going to another location and bought another one.

We went thru the drive thru just now and ordered chicken nuggets for my son, the guy at the drive thru is very rude and doesn’t have good etiquettes I am not sure his name but he was in the drive thru wearing a vest and said to park ahead to wait for fresh nuggets. We waited 20 minutes and cars were honking at us just for nuggets and when we got them they were not even fresh just cold. I am a regular customer and come here everyday. He is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk with manners to customers never coming here he is not a good employee and very rude guy . Order number 1211 whoever gave this was the guy I recommend not going unless u want bad customer service.

This McDonald's location was very clean. The staff was friendly, and the food was, well, normal McDonald's food. I didn't wait very long for my order to be taken either. The fries were not very hot, as they had spent a considerable amount of time under the heat lamp. Other than that, my order was correct and came in a timely fashion.

Went through the drive thru and thy gave me a Coke Zero with a hole in it. At first I thought they just spilled some so I asked for napkins, but when I left my car there was a literal HOLE in the bottom of the cup that was plugged by the napkins. Like come on
