McDonald's

I was missing 3 items to a 5 meal order and was home already and went back and took the food back and my family always eats together and ask the whole order beside the drinks be remade and explain what was missing. The manager greeted me with a “what’s up”. I understand it’s McDonald’s and don’t expect much but a little customer service goes a long way. It wasn’t my fault items were missing, I don’t work there. Then she told me to throw the other food away. Ok I did. Didn’t want cold food. Seemed bothered I even came back to have them fix it. Very disappointed. I understand it’s the holiday season and everyone is busy but kindness is free

Everytime I order here the food makes me feel sick AND my burger was fully pink. Do not eat here!!!

They were really busy. There was one girl up front and she was doing the best she could. As I watched there was a lot more talking than putting orders together in the back. I do not know what was going on back there. The girl up front noticed we had been waiting a while and checked on our order. She checked a second time and asked what time my order was put in. Finally 25 minutes after I ordered my food was ready. That was ridiculous. She apologized. We left and I noticed our fries were luke warm and cheeseburgers were sloppy; not stacked falling apart and very greasy. Thank goodness we were given plenty of napkins. Not sure what happened but also in the app my order number changed. I did not put in 2 orders but I will be checking to make sure I was not charged double. It went to a number

I was just in with my family and we were eating in the dining room we got our food but no drinks we had asked for our drinks and some napkins and ketchup we got our drinks but nothing else so we waited and never got our ketchup and napkins so I went to ask for some I went up so I could get some and I’m standing there for about 5-10 minutes waiting for atleast one employee so I could ask when then did finally show up they where very rude I didn’t mind it but then as I’m sitting there eating I hear one of the employees getting an attitude with an older man over his cups. Two of them wanted to sit there and instead of getting the cup they just told the person who needed the cups that they couldn’t get them yet because they were “busy” I will not be going back to their dining room due to poor

I went to McDonald's for my cheat day. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. That is unfortunately not what I received. I received a 10 piece mcnugget that is free with any purchase. So I did not get close to what I paid for. And I don't like the burnt taste of their Mcnuggets.
