We ordered food for our family and was there before 3 other cars and because it was their friend they served them first and we still waited patiently and asked about our order and they said they were working on it, a few minutes go by and we decided to go and check on it and as we were walking in they gave our order to that same person and they were about to leave with our order and they hurried and stopped them and got our order back and tried to give it to us and I politely asked them to remake it and they tried to say they didn’t touch it but it was already in their car. No thank you! Then they took the order and pretended like they remade it . They flipped the paper backwards and gave our order back and as we got on the road to come home everything was cold. Passing through, so stopped in for breakfast. Staff was pleasant and as quick as they should go and got our complicated order correct! It's amazing, but can still happen in well run stores like this one.

I see why this place has so many low reviews. Workers are rude unprofessional and can't seem to hear over their radios blaring music that I can hear over music being played in the dining area. I watched as several customers complained and had to repeat their orders to the workers in back having to yell over the music and repeating themselves serial times

I came to this McDonald’s I spent $49 just to get two bottom buns the fish fillet patty was so hard could barely chew it

I ordered the double quarter pounder with NO CHEESE combo. The girl was on her cell phone talking about a birthday party. I get down the road and see 2 slices of cheese after specifying NO CHEESE. Employees should not be on their cell phone when waiting on customers, mainly to ensure they get the order right!
