McDonald's

This time of day (4pm-8pm)at this specific location seems to have trouble maintaining quality food and the speed of service is ridiculous. I can understand when there are cars wrapped around the building in drive thru and the parking lot is quite full but I mean even when there are very few cars in the drive thru and maybe 1 or 2 in the parking lot I still am asked ro either park in drive thru 1 or 2 or go park in one of the curb side spots takes anywhere from 15mins to 40plus minutes to get 3 burger kids meals and the contents are far from fresh at all. Why have I been waiting to only receive ice cold stale food for my children to eat!!!!! This is the absolute worst McDonald's service and it continues to get worse. There were 3 undercooked burgers and missed a container of fries. Food was cold when received. Asked to bring back uncooked food after already received food and brought home.

I am so done with this location. Service is a complete joke. I’m used to slow service and orders being wrong. Sunday, I ordered dinner thru the app, and had selected curb side pickup. We checked in at 8pm, 8:30 we were still sitting there. Tired of waiting I pulled out and went to the drive thru and asked about my order. “Oh, we have it right here” was the answer I received. I got to the window and this blond girl hands me my bags, they’re ice cold of course, so I complained to her about being served cold food and she answered with “I’m sorry” and a shrug of her shoulders. So I’m stuck with cold food, get it home, and I’m missing items as well. I’m tired of their incompetence and obviously the owners don’t care or they’d fix it.

They had us wait on French fries and when we got them some was cold and some were hard and over cooked. They also forgot 2 four piece mcnuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich. We ordered mcdoubles with Mac sauce, sliver onions and pickle only. No ketchup or mustard and there was ketchup on them with Mac sauce. I was very disappointed

Went through the drive thru tonight and customer service was amazing but food quality was awful. We were asked to park so they could get our food and you would have thought our food would be warm right? Not...our fries were like rubber and cold, our nuggets had to have timed out before getting them and our sandwiches looked like someone took them apart smeared them around then placed them back together. My granddaughter who LOVES McDonald's wouldn't even eat her food :-(
