Becky's Soft-Serve

I ordered the Pumpkin Soft Serve The wait was pretty long even though it was not busy. Didn't really taste like pumpkin. More like vanilla with a small pumpkin aftertaste. They do have plenty of options to choose from as well as plenty of parking.

We are from out of town working in the area and looking for an ice cream place close by. The Internet found this place. Well, I got to say this is an awesome place for ice cream they have a ton of choices to choose from. The ice cream is delicious and extremely well priced. I got a large soft serve with sprinklers, and it was only $5.00. If I got this same size back home, it would have cost me at least $9.00 to $10.00. If you are ever in the area, stop in for a delicious ice cream. The picture shows how big it was but does not give it justice.

The order of banana split I'm eating halfway through it and never got bite of banana? I'm halfway done I don't have any bananas so I go back to the service window I asked the lady what happened did you forget to put the bananas? She replied oh no we put them at the bottom in a cup! I replied How can it be a banana split when you're eating you don't get any bites of banana with your ice cream ? I guess I spent money for nothing? She said oh ok have a nice day ?! She didn't say I'm sorry sir can we give you a refund ? or get you something else okay? I am sorry NO! She did not ! I know. For a fact that not the only way or the best way to fix a banana split in a cup. I have have them all over USA . This is by far the worst!

It's a great place with outstanding ice cream. It's often very busy. I gave only 4 starts because they have a 5 dollar minimum for credit cards, as almost the entire menu is under $5. If I go alone, I have to buy two ice cream cones... It would make more sense to charge people a convenience fee, or just accept credit cards openly - it's 2024, no one likes cash anymore.
