Phones are apparently taken off the hook, so I can’t call and complain or speak to anyone. The girl working the window around 9pm (12/7) has a serious attitude problem. We ordered 4 holiday pies, received 2. Ice cold fries, Big Mac missing a patty, happy meal missing the toy, and a 4 piece that was actually only a 3 piece.

I've been to this location several times over the past few years. It's always clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. During the week I came in. This McDonald's was hosting the Pike County Humane Society. They had a spin the wheel where you make a donation and win Free Food !!! It was so wonderful to see the community collaborating ! Even with the excitement of puppies. My Fries were hot, and my Ice Coffee was perfect! I am excited to support this location more often.

Ordered a sausage on a biscuit with cheese and breakfast sauce. I got a sausage egg on a biscuit. I didn’t even leave the drive thru because they messed it up last time and I wanted to check it. They said they corrected it and this is what I got. A drop of breakfast sauce and still no cheese. I will not be returning to this location.

Is there a reason there is no heat or hot water in the restroom? It is freezing outside and the restrooms are like a refrigerator. Then you have to use COLD water and hand dryer that blows out cold air!

Every evening, I get hot tea from the restaurant. For the first time, a sweet, cheerful employee named Madeline gave me my tea in two separate cardboard cups. When I asked her about this thoughtful gesture and thanked her, she said, “It’s very hot and we didn’t have a cup holder, so I thought I should give you two cups.” You’re quite lucky to have such a considerate employee, and I’m very grateful to her—her cheerful demeanor remains intact.
