Jimmy's Lakeside Pizza

I’m so disappointed for the amount of money I’ve spent here just to throw away 90% of the food. Not a very picky eater but EACH dish was concerningly low in freshness and quality, it almost felt intentionally bad. 1.) The staff has no problem serving raw dough. I’ve dealt with this issue a few times before with their garlic knots (which is still not okay) but this time around, the dough on my main dish was VERY raw and overall disgusting. Grease was seeping through the it, the dough was stretching and falling apart as I went to pick it up….this resulted in immediate loss of appetite. It’s also a HEALTH risk. 2.) Dined in at Jimmy's while visiting with my mother and was very impressed with the pizza. It had a thin and tasty crust that was perfectly crispy. The tables and seating are what you would expect of any pizzaria but it has a fine view of the lake. Overall good experience.

The pizza was "meh". I think it’s frozen pizza. The person at the counter was friendly and the pizza was pretty fast. The bathroom was dirty and smelled like a porta-potty. I won't eat there again even if it is convenient. I'll head to Milford.

I ordered takeout and got the chicken parm with pene vodka for my pasta. When my husband came back with the food and opened it up I immediately knew this was not going to be great. There was almost no sauce on the pasta, and what little was present was literally water thin. The chicken parm was two cutlets stacked on top of one another, with only the top piece having any sauce and cheese on it. The breading was PURE MUSH, like it just melted away when cut. The noodles were one second away from dissolving along with them. I immediately called and was super nice and told the lady on the phone I'm so sorry I've never called and complained like this before but this is just honestly bad and explained the problem. I never like to complain and in the past I have gotten great food at Jimmy’s. However the last few times it has not been good. This most recent time I ordered a chicken caesar salad wrap and there was no lettuce expect for 2 wilted pieces. It was also soggy and it looked like they just dumped a ton of dressing on there with chicken. My husband also ordered cheesy fries and they were completely burnt and hard. Below are the photos of the wrap and fries. I’m only writing this in hopes that Jimmy’s resolves whatever is going on there lately because like I said in the past the food has been good and it’s great to have a restaurant in the community.
