This location always have my food fresh and coffee fresh when I come and the service is great especially during late nights. The only issue about this location is the bathroom. I came early morning around 6:58am and the bathroom is not clean. It’s just mopped. No one replace the trash and no one clean the toilet and the drink station could be better.

MOLD…as you can see. I tried to call the store- it’s disconnected. So I put a complaint into corporate. Lea the store “manager” proceeds to unprofessionally TEXT me to ask what the issue was. I sent photos to which she gaslit me and said it was “burnt from the toaster”. I didn’t even ask for a full refund, though in my years of culinary management- that is 100% what should have happened. I just wanted refunded for the two meals that were in the moldy food bag together. She told me she would only refund ONE. Then I could drive all the way back to her store at 8:30pm with two small kids- with the rest of the food… like we didn’t already waste enough time, gas, and energy on this mess. Obviously management is a joke, which explains all of the reviews saying the same thing. Trash store. Trash

The service at this location is horrible there not nice, they take your order but they don’t give you receipt and they don’t give you all your food you just order for what you pay for it. If you want to go for a good place just check before going in because is not worth it that you spend your money when they are not treating you with a good service.you ask them if they can give you more sauce and they act that they can’t hear you this is rude. A great stop if you’re headed east on Johnson Drive - I think that the easiest way in is through the corner of the QT parking lot. If you’re headed west, I’d recommend turning south on Antioch and then turning right on the street in front of Hobby Lobby. They are usually pretty good with wait times, although they do get backed up a little when it’s very busy. Everyone is pretty friendly, and it’s clean if you want to eat inside. My only caution is that you go very slowly when driving in front of the building. There might be a car waiting for food that is difficult to get around, but the main thing is that a worker might pop out right in front of you to take an order to one of the pickup spots. I wish they’d wear vests or have a light on, but if that’s my #1 thing to change about a McD

Make it make sense... why at 130 am it took 25 minutes to make two mcdoubles and a medium fry. Like... the fries were unsalted and luke warm. There was only 1 car in front of me, so why not make them move so you could hand me my food, which was ready when I finally moved to the window? The guy at the window didn't say anything when he gave me the bag, just stared at me and stayed quiet. When i didnt say anything he asked me something close to "how's it going", but in a weird uncaring manner. I couldnt even say anything, i just drove off. This isnt the first time I've had an extremely long wait. I'll never stop here again, and will just go to the next one i come across
