Subway

I placed a pick up order today. My recite and online order says toasted. I’m working 6 minutes from this location my food did not get cold. There’s obvious signs of a sandwich being toasted like crusty bread edges and warm to hot food. My sandwich was not toasted like i asked. Cold chicken, soft bread. Very irritated as im on a short break and even though im close I can’t come back. I really wanna refund for my time wasted and I didn’t get what I want. Sandwich is disgusting cold.

Awful experience. I received a $25 gift card from my boss. The bar code is bent. You can read the numbers but not swipe the card. The manager could not type the numbers in. Not sure why. She said there was nothing she could do to help. I tried to use it on line but the app is horrible and kept shutting down. They took my companies $25 to sell the gift card but can not redeem it. That is fraud. They threw the sandwiches in the trash rather than give them to me. I wanted to leave the gift card so they could figure out how to use it. She said no. Horrible people. Terrible company.

Super nice workers today! They had some card reader problems but were taking everything in stride and didn't make me feel bad when I ran back out to find my cash. Also helped figure out what my pickup was supposed to be. Spicy but not spicy- completely threw me off but they knew it

1st time to this location. The young lady, that took care of us was great. Top notch customer service. ▪︎But was was sticker shock with the price of a cold cut combo foot long "Sandwich". Didn't get any extra's, no double meat, No extra Cheese. ▪︎Then I was advised of The Subway Reward: through a " App", I don't want any more Apps, all these companies have lost it. 5 stars to the young lady, 2 for prices & product, I had process meat. ▪︎I am sorry, I will not be going back to Subway again, due to prices. There is no reason for this high prices. Corporate ▪︎Subway needs to do a major overhaul, if they what supervisor: regarding there prices. We are not sitting down for a home cooked meal, made from scratch: white table linings too.

The employee Daija had 10/10 customer service! Went out of her way to make sure we were good and taken care of!!
