The food is always hot and fresh when I eat there, however, there is this one lady that usually works drive thru (she is black but light skinned) that is always RUDE. No manners and gave me the biggest attitude when I asked for a sweet and sour sauce. She said I had to order it ahead of time. I told her I was sorry (even though she didn’t have to talk to me like that) and I said that I would pay for it. She gave me more attitude and said “I don’t have a register up here.” She eventually did give me the sauce packet but threw it in the bag and when I said thank you, she did not respond. Today I went there again and when she handed me my bag and immediately closed the window in my face 😂 I get that you work at McDonald’s, but you don’t have to be rude to people. I have ordered from this location since moving to Mercersburg. I have placed well over 10 orders during the last year. Every single time the food is completely wrong and made with absolutely no care to direction. Unfortunately we have a picky eater in the family and onions are an absolute no go for him. This evening, I placed an order for a Double Quarter Pounder with NO onion . I received the order and every item was wrong although the sticker on the sandwich box stated the specifications.

There's never any ketchup out. Always have to ask for packets. When they used to have the ketchup in a pump container, there were never any cups for it, you had to ask. Otherwise service is good. Food is good. Sometimes tables are all dirty and it's hard to find a clean one.

We love the team here! They are the sweetest and work so hard.

The dining room is filthy, bathrooms filthy Employee stated they were swamped when I asked to have tables cleaned,but we saw one person (an employee on break) and were there over an hour & no one else came in and they still never cleaned anything
