McDonald's

The heavy set girl with the light blue shirt was extremely rude and had an attitude about everything. Wouldn’t help the customer order. Ask them to use the kikos. Customer didn’t know how to so they said nevermind and walked out. Asked for sweet and sour sauce but they said 25 cent for them so I said nevermind but my daughter won’t eat without it. So went to get some and she mumbled something underneath her breathe. The. The manager said something to her and gave it to me. They gave me one ketchup for a 6 piece happy mean and fries. Put cheese on my hamburger happy meal. Very lazy ppl. Three sitting out in the lobby. When I asked for the sweet and sour. She walked past me and told someone else. I will not be coming back to this McDonalds.

I stopped by to try the new Arch burger. It was hot and fresh. My only complaint was they didn't put everything that goes on the new burger. Overall good burger. I've never had a freshly made burger from McDonald's, so it was interesting to get that. The Arch burger is limited time so you might want to try it. It's a wayy better version of the BIG Mac.

The staff was rude except for the cashier. He was nice, but everyone else, MAN! They forgot our sauce for our nuggets then tried to charge us for one, forgot the drink for all my kid's happy meals, and to top it all of, my holiday pie was so burnt the custard was crunchy. Cute holiday decor though!

Edit: I did stop again a few months ago. The employee's have changed and the food was acceptable. While not overly friendly, they were not rude or disrespectful this visit. ***** Do not recommend!! I have visited this restaurant probably 30 to 40 times on the way to the lake, weekly for the last three years. Never do they smile, say Please or thank you, or acknowledge you even exist, other than to take your money. Often they leave out straws and napkins, but today I didn't feel like getting out of the car to get my straw, I was sick so I went through the drive through to try to get some food and feel better. I had to get out of the car. Go back in the building. There were no straws or napkins available in the lobby. No one was at the register. They were all congregated by the window chatti

My order was simple. Two bacon egg sandwiches, a sausage egg and cheese bagel, and ice coffee. They messed that up all the way. I guess they are out of folded eggs don't know for sure because nothing was ever communicated to me. I never asked for the fried eggs. I always get folded eggs and if they were out of folded eggs they should have told me. Instead of making the choice for me and just doing whatever with our asking. Especially when it comes to paying for this crap out of my own pocket. My eggs was green on my sandwich. My food was old and cold. The bagel was like a rock. And the coffee was HORRIBLE!!! Make sure you check everything before you leave because this McDonald's does NOT care about it customers food quality. Don't say I didn't warn you!
