The Staff were kind enough, I ordered a cup of whipped cream for my son with profound autism. Whip cream is his safe But they would not give it to me. I even asked if I could buy a drink With whip cream too and apparently. A child with profound with autism might not eat tonight.

This McDonald’s has never ONCE gotten my order right. We’ve been here four or five times since we moved here, and every single time our order has been messed up. We’ve tried ordering in person and using the mobile app. Today, I used the mobile app and I ordered two double cheeseburgers with mayo and tomato, as clearly written on the label here, and instead I was given bacon. I don’t know why this keeps happening, but this is super disappointing and I’m tired of it. I guess we will need to drive farther to another location from now on.

This is by far the worst McDonalds on the planet. I could write a thesis on this place. Recently I ordered diet coke with my meal. When I got to the window to get my food she told me they didn’t have it and asked if I wanted another beverage. I said I would like iced tea. She said you will have to pay more. I went to the McDonalds in Powhatan last week. The BEST on the planet. I couldn’t believe it. My daughter said it is always like that.

Hello McDonalds AI. Worst service ever. I don't expect much from a Susdewitt Enterprises run McDonalds, but this one is truly bottom of the barrel. Stopped in at 11:45 2/28/2026. Ordered at the kiosk. Kiosk didn’t print a receipt. Assume it was out of paper. There were 6 people inside waiting on orders. There were no napkins. I left after 20 minutes of waiting and no food. There were then 10 people waiting on orders. They got my $8 and I got no food. Good job Susdewitt Enterprises.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location repeatedly locks their doors and shuts down the drive thru well before scheduled closing time. After ordering online, they claim they cannot refund in store, so when you go online, they also refuse to refund and only send coupons. It’s a total mess. In line for an in-store pick up, and the doors are locked 45 minutes early and I’m stuck in a long drive thru. This location needs a total personnel overhaul. Maybe management should invest in a better wage for better staff. I never have any issues at the other Broad St McDonald’s. This location is horrendous.
