The crew people is not taking if the people who is waiting at the counter. Even if we tried to call them they are ignoring the customers and simply chit chatting. I almost waited 40 minutes at the counter to get my food and after I called them continuously one of them responded and started making my food. This is very worst service.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location that I’ve never had at any other McDonald’s. On two separate occasions, I placed a mobile pickup order only to be told they had no record of it forcing me to sit and wait over 30 minutes for “fast” food. Another time, I waited over half an hour just for TWO cookies. Two! Not twenty, not forty, two cookies! Every single time, the food has been soggy, the fries are limp and cold, and the drinks (whether from the back or the front counter) are always flat, with or without ice. This place is a complete mess. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Save yourself the frustration don’t go here.

The drink dispenser is trashed still liquid everywhere, the manager is ignoring the customers and stepping in front of people to use the dispenser with no care for customers or their service. I was left with the feeling of take my money & get out. All the tea containers were empty 140pm on a Wednesday

They're lucky they have a captive audience. Service is so slow. Just go through the drive through and bring it inside to eat. The patron inside have to wait forever

This place is disgusting, the floor has spills everywhere, the trash overflowing, and there’s cups napkins all over floor. Not a single table dirty. Manager doesn’t care about this place this place is gonna get closed down via Health Department. Do better
