Terrible store to DoorDash from They don’t understand the necessary protocols for packaging and refused to accommodate. The blonde haired woman with blue hair at the end has terrible customer service skills— if I were the general manager of the store she would be replaced

Tonight while waiting over 25 minutes for our order, we watched one of the workers wipe their nose bare handed and then proceed to go back to packing the freshly cooked French fries. Customer spoke up to shift manager and requested that the worker go wash hands and make new French fries due to it was uncertain how long the worker had been being unsanitary and didn’t want to risk receiving food that possibly was contaminated with bodily fluids. Manager and worker both seemed annoyed with the request, however did follow through with the customer’s request.

No drive thru should require a 30 minute wait and when I got to the second window they tried giving me the wrong order and then the receipt I had wasn't even mine. I was told my order wasn't made or paid for but yet a 30$ charge to my bank account. Idk what's going on in there but with 4 to 6 employess they'd better get their acts together before corporate shuts them down.

This place is always filthy. Asked for a rag to clean table. Cashier said she would do it. I don’t think she was ever taught to clean anything. She missed half the table. I had to go get toilet paper to dry it off. People behind me in line were leaving because they said they were not going to stand there for another 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. We always eat there. When I come in I see people eating off of trays. Our food always comes in a bag. They must not want to wash the trays. I quest you have to request a tray. Younger employees are always bitching to the older employees about how much they’re doing. Why don’t they learn how to read and write if they want a better job. I see the manager about ever two months or so. I don’t think he knows how to clean either.

Went through the drive thru today because I was starving and desperate which is the only reason I would visit this McDonald's. Waited over 30 minutes for the cars in front of me just to find out the girl working the drive thru window had just given my food to the car in front of me. However I appreciate her efforts of chasing the car down and getting my food back, I don't want food that has already been in someone else's car and possession. I politely told her as much but could hear them talking when she closed the window. They remade my sandwich which as it turns out was NOT what I ordered, which was a big mac no onions add tomato, it was covered in onions, so I got cold stale frech fries and a sprite for $11 and an almost 40 minute wait.
