Wednesday MARCH 4 2026 10AM I took my iced coffee back inside and told the young Caucasian girl who initially brought it to me that it tasted bitter. Like nothing was added to it the way I purchased it: 3 creamers 3 extra caramel Of course she got an attitude. I can honestly say that I was NOT rude in any way, as I know how it can be working fast food. I've done it myself before. She comes back & before I could finish thanking her for remaking it, she cuts me off by saying "have a nice day" and walks off. Very rude. She needs to be coached on better customer service or reprimanded. Or fired. At this point, I have no more patience nor tolerance for rudeness or mistreatment of others. Customers or workers. Every so often I come here like every few years , and it's always the same worst experience ever. They'll give you free coupons too for their mistakes. I used like I would order my combos. There was complaints made about the way I was making my orders. Managers here are acting like they own shares of the company.

Every time I come here to get my son a happy meal I always have the worst service, most workers at McDonald's in goodyear and Litchfield Park area don't even make eye contact with you and have the worst customer service.

I went here Friday 3/13/26 and 3/15/26.Whomever the new girl that is working the drive through taking orders! Needs some training! She asked for Mobile order number. Then told me both times the codes have been used!!! She is combative about it when I told her she needs help!!!!!
