Abbie Cakes Sweet Kitchen

Ordered a cake to celebrate my grandma’s 90th birthday. Boy, did they deliver!! My grandma says it was the most beautiful cake she’d ever seen, everyone loved the flavor (churro cake with cinnamon cream cheese buttercream), and the process from order to pickup was smoother than their buttercream. They offered multiple unique as well as classic flavors, helped with correct sizing for number of guests, and worked with me regarding decorations and coloring. The cake was delicious, not too sweet, and the frosting was perfection (melded with the cake so smoothly it was like silken clouds). I normally scrape off the frosting from cakes as it usually tastes like chemicals/stabilizers or is sickeningly sweet, but with Abby Cakes their frosting was a delightful indulgence. Just wanted to give a shout out to Abbie Cakes for their most amazing and creative work with my son’s birthday cake! This cake was truly a work of art and it hurt my soul to even cut into it and eat it 😂 my son was so excited when he saw it, he yelled “this is the coolest cake ever!” Just so impressed…they took just a few ideas I gave them about my son’s passion for creating animal habitat dioramas and brought it to life in cake form. I am just so grateful!

Abbie Cakes was the baker included in our package at The Croft Downtown, and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out. We were a little nervous about the cake because it had fondant, and sometimes fondant can be thick or not taste great. But it was the only way to achieve the look we wanted, so we went for it—and Abbie Cakes absolutely delivered. The fondant was thin and honestly the best fondant I’ve ever had. And the cake itself completely blew our minds. It looked stunning and tasted AMAZING. Our guests loved it and we received so many compliments. Abbie Cakes Sweet Kitchen is a true gem in the West Valley! Every time we walk in, we’re greeted by the friendliest and most helpful team. Their service makes the experience feel personal and warm, which will keep us coming back. We’re hooked on their lavender honey iced coffee with oat milk—hands down the best in the West Valley. Their brownies are rich, fudgy, and just plain excellent. We recently had a custom cake made for our son’s first birthday, and it turned out exactly the way we envisioned. The vanilla bean and Nutella combo was absolutely incredible. Don’t miss their breakfast sandwich either—delicious.
