McDonald's

Typical fast food. Traveling with a large group on our way back from a field trip to saint louis science center. This crew was ready for us with zero notice. They were fast, they were efficient & they were well managed.

First visited on 10/13/25 at noon. Cashier at the drive thru was so polite and friendly. First time I’ve heard a “thank you” at any McDonald’s in a long time. Lady at the pickup window was also friendly and polite. My filet of fish sandwich looked just like advertised. Just the right amount of tartar sauce and a steamed, not grilled bun. The sandwich was fresh and delicious. I’ll be back!!

Shout out to Jade. I truly appreciate your helpfulness and your patience as well as your joyful attitude and willingness to be helpful. The gentleman who locks up the doors for McDonald’s at night I super appreciate you letting me and my daughter use the bathroom before you close. The doors. Greatly appreciated this McDonald’s in Litchfield Illinois. The indoor dining area is very clean as well as the bathrooms are also very clean. The staff here is super friendly. They go above and beyond to help you. I didn’t get any pictures or video walk-through this time but you’ll just have to take my word for it

You guys need to work on the service at the pick up windows. The young girl and the boy recently are terrible so unfriendly and so unfamiliar with customer service. Wonder y i never go through drive through.

When you order something special some joker in the back likes to mess with the food. It’s very disappointing. It’s happened twice now. Something needs done about this.
