This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I placed an order on the app at 9:15 AM and I arrived at 9:20. They made me immediately pull up to drive through spot four. At 9:35 I still had not received my food. I called there phone number and they act like we’ll have it right out. They were just standing there looking at my food after I wasted 15 minutes. They are slow and unorganized, and I will never be back. Also, they are so unorganized the manager if you could even call her that brought me another coffee and I said I’ve already got my coffee. I should’ve took it as compensation for waiting for fifteen minutes. Also, there was multiple people in the drive-through pull-up spots and I Witness one man having to go back in after they brought his food because his order was wrong. McDon

I ordered and was told itd be brought to my table. It was not and after waiting for a long time I went up to the countet and it had been sitting on the counter becuase they were to lazy to bring it to the table. My smoothie was warm.

Always a dirty lobby EVERY TIME. Literal grime and grease in the lobby area. Every time they pull you up they take at least 10 minutes then when you complain the “manager” Ashley, who was slurring every word she spoke, says to put in an application instead of trying to rectify the issue. Not the first time I’ve had an awful experience at the place.

Lady who happens to be a manager is rude as hell ain’t catch her name as she was so fed up with her own ego that she gave the mic to another co worker to finish my order I could immediately tell who it was as she offered a fake smile and pitiful hospitality Do better learn to treat customers Or look for a different job Morning shift weekday
