McDonald's

The past two times we've come to this McDonald's the service has been incredibly slow. With only two cars ahead of us it took 10 minutes. And the time before they were having everybody go to the curbside and that took 20 minutes. I would understand if they were busy but they weren't.

I dont know why I even try going here any more 3 times in a row, I can not get the correct order. This time real simple, double cheese burger extra onions is the only thing I ordered. I got 7 pickles 7 I counted them and no onions IT EVEN SAYS XTRA ONIONS on the wrapper. It is so frustrating everyime I go here.

Slowest fast food service ever. It's like they forgot that they are part of the fast food industry and move at their own time. Picking up for mobile services here is even worse. Half the time they dont announce that your order is done and won't place it in the cubby to let you know that its complete they just let them hang out in the back

Probably the worst McDonald's in all 50 states incompetence is an understatement. I had an issue already and said hey maybe it was an accident so I went back.... Same thing happened to the same exact order just go to billings or littlerly anywhere else in town. Complete ignorance on their part otherwise it's something else.. I'm trying to be nice.

I sat in the 2nd bay of the drive thru for 7 minutes. So I came inside, and had to stand at the counter for 11 minutes before someone even noticed me! Then it took another 15mins to get my 2 items. This is absolutely the worst experience I have had here! None have been great through. This place needs a new manager that knows how to run a fast food restaurant
