Very disappointing experience. Half of my order was missing, and while the staff did correct it, they were quite rude about it. Every table in the dining area was dirty, and the bathrooms were disgusting clearly not cleaned often. They smelled of urine ( women's) The food that I did get was only semi-fresh. Overall, this location really needs improvement in cleanliness, attitude, and food quality.

DIRTY PLACE, NOT NICE PEOPLE. When I need a decent meal, fast, often it’s McDonald’s. Ray Kroc would have fired everyone including the nicely dressed manager who should be replaced. One wise man remarked, “report this place, I haven’t seen a clean table in years.” Seems like doing the minimum is how this lady manages. Bad news. Here’s the score: Workers not cleaning ANYTHING at 2pm yesterday. It was after lunch and not a crazy rush. See photos: “OUT OF STOCK” in almost every entree but burgers. What, those lazy people didn’t want to make chicken. Chicago needs to send the DM or some suits need to call me and replace the DM with me. I don’t know where to start, but this is the dirtiest, nastiest McDonald's I've ever visited in my life. My family and I were greeted by an unfriendly crew member. The woman with the long dreadlocks was wearing slides at 7 PM. At that time, you would expect the floors to be swept and mopped, but I could see everything where I was standing. There was a bottle on the counter that shouldn't have been near the food. I wanted to take more pictures, but I was ready to leave. The restroom was in horrible condition. I live in Florida, and the McDonald's there are much better and cleaner. Whoever is in charge of this McDonald's needs to do better.

The floors were tidy, the dining area looked well-maintained, and the tables were clean—something that’s not always guaranteed at fast food spots, so I definitely appreciated that. The staff inside were very friendly and welcoming. The cashier who took my order was not only efficient but also conversational, which made the experience feel a bit more personal and enjoyable. It’s always nice to interact with someone who brings a bit of warmth to their role rather than just rushing through the transaction. Two cars behind me and two in front of me we have been waiting forever….not the first time to encounter this problem with waiting even if no one is in front of me. Lucky if someone will say something on drive thru to take my order. Service sucks.
