Arby's

Came to this location at just before 5pm. There was only 1 person in line ahead of me and no one in the dining room or drive thru. I ordered my food and went to get a drink and they were out of sweet tea. I asked if they had any in the drive thru and was told no. I asked if they were going to make anymore and was told no (not that they didn't have tea bags, just wasn't going to make any.) The dining room was extremely dirty. There was food on the floor under 2 of the table and every table there was dirty along with the long bench along the wall. Only 1 other guest came in to order in the 15-20 minutes I was there eating and instead of the cashier cleaning up the dining room and/or making more tea while there were no customers, she was crouched in the corner behind the counter watching vide

My first time trying the sweet pork barbecue sandwich with Cedric's sweet barbecue sauce. The pork was tender and the sauce nice and sweet. Just the way I like it!

Drive-thru NOT open. Handwritten note on speaker. What's the point of this place? Look at the other reviews. Look at the owner's chat-bot non-answers. Have I provided sufficient detail? This place is clearly NOT MANAGED. Skip the headache. Go elsewhere.

Arby's used to be a great place. Not so anymore. The menu is still great; the service is rarely good, however, and as such the food that's actually served doesn't reflect the food in the menu. Brought in my family of 5, paid roughly $60. My sandwich looked like it sat for an hour or two. It sat for long enough when I opened the sandwich wrapper, the sauce caused the wrapper to tear. The curly fries tasted like they sat for the same amount of time. Chicken strips had breading that was coming off when you picked it up - again a sign the food had been sitting for a while. Came through at 1 PM. I guess we got the lunch rush leftovers.

For the second time this week, I attempted to use the drive thru. No customers inside and none in drive thru. Sat there for 5 minutes and Noone ever came to speaker. Drive by and 2 employees talking together inside. Left and went to Hardee's. Couldn't even finish this post before I got my food. Do better Arby's!
