McDonald's

McDonald's provides high-quality cuisine at a low price. Breakfast items, a selection of burgers and sandwiches, Nuggets, French fries, Happy Meals, coffee, bakery products, beverages, and a $1, $3, and $2 menu are all included on the menu. The food is excellent. Chicken sandwiches and McD nuggets are my favorites. The location's ambiance, cleanliness, and service are all commendable. It provides dine-in, take-out, and drive-through services. Visit it and take pleasure in its supper.

We waited in line for at least 20 minutes inside along with 3 other customers. 2 customers in front of us received the wrong orders. Another 2 drive through customers came in and complained that their orders were wrong. When we received our order, it was missing a McMuffin and had ingredients we didn't ask for. At first i thought they were short staffed but they had at least 6 people in the kitchen.

Typical experience. For whatever reason, no McDonald's seems to be able to make changes to anything, accurately. I tried having mayo "added" somehow I ended up with "only" mayo. At least at this location, the soda tastes correct. Other locations always have off tastes, from the other flavors that come out of the same nozzle

After waiting in line for about 15 minutes with no response at the speaker, I eventually pulled up to the window hoping to place my order. The gentleman there told me he couldn't take my order because I hadn't ordered at the speaker. I explained that no one had answered me, but instead of helping, he told me I'd have to go back through the line again. Another employee mentioned that customers usually just pull up if no one responds - but he insisted otherwise, with a snarky attitude on top of it. I was simply trying to get food for my family while on the road, and the lack of communication and attitude were extremely disappointing. If I could give less than one star, I would. Terrible customer service. Lamar will unfortunately continue being Lamar.

Went through the drive thru. Their customer service sucked, as well as their ability to correctly fulfill an order. When told they'd given us the wrong order, we were met with a blank stare and an open mouth.
