I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s. When I got home and checked my order, I noticed that my large fries were only about 1/3 full, despite paying for a full large portion. This wasn’t a small mistake,it was very obvious. I went back to the store to speak with the manager, Samual, and I brought photo evidence for reference: one picture showing what a full large fry normally looks like, and another showing what I was actually given. Instead of receiving an apology or a reasonable explanation, I was met with an argument. I was told that because it was a mobile order, the fries had “shrunk over time,” which makes absolutely no sense. Fries do not shrink to one-third of the container simply because of time, especially when the order was picked up promptly.

The place was swarming with flies—it was impossible to enjoy our meal without constantly swatting them away. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health hazard, especially for families with young children. When I brought this issue to the manager's attention, their response was shocking. Instead of apologizing or taking immediate action, they essentially shrugged it off, saying, "You can go to the county to close our store, but we can’t help this because this is a problem from two months, and the health department has to help us with this." A young Hispanic girl with blue hair gave me a horrible experience at this Harbor location last night in Woodbridge across from the Safeway. She gave me unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet tea and she made my sandwich incorrectly. When I called her out on her mistake, she was rude and unapologetic! Worse McDonald's ever!

When I placed my order through the drive-through speaker, the employee did not listen carefully and got my order wrong. When I tried to correct the mistake at the payment window, I explained the issue, but instead of correcting the order, the employee charged me extra without adding any additional items. This incident highlighted a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. It was frustrating to deal with an incorrect order and an unwarranted extra charge, which should have been easily resolved. I hope McDonald’s management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving staff training and attentiveness to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

I eat lunch here regularly. Leidy is so polite! I like my fries golden NOT white and definitely not limp (soft.) The front end people are very accommodating for this. Thank you! I order ALL of my food without salt because of a medical need. Again, they are very accommodating! Thank you! I can still enjoy McDonald's food.
