Taco Bell

I had a very disappointing experience today. I clearly requested no beef in my burrito, but when I received my order it still had beef in it. This is a serious mistake, especially when customers have dietary restrictions or religious reasons for avoiding certain foods. Employees need to pay closer attention to orders and read the instructions carefully. I hope the management addresses this and improves order accuracy so it doesn’t happen to other customers.

Though service can be a bit slow during 1-3pm due to being busy lunch time hours, my order is always made well. My tacos were all fresh, crispy, not falling apart or soggy, and PACKED full. The picture is what all three of my tacos looked like. 👍🏼 dining area is well kept, service is friendly. Don't usually leave many reviews but thought it was well deserved at this location.

This location is single handedly the slowest fast-food joint I've ever been to. Every time, it takes at least 5-10 minutes to even place your order, and this is with 2 cars in line. I think they do one car at a time, take the order, make the food, sell it, then take another order. Maybe they dont employ enough people, I dont know. But this is the slowest place ever.

This is my 1st time here at THIS LOCATION. Or, in all of VA! Ok, it appears I've not been inside a Taco Bell for a long time, because..... There's NO MENU on the area that usually you walk up to, to take your order? I thought there might not a register, but I guess there was. We ordered on 1 of the 3 self serve checkouts screens. Make sure to use the rewards in your app! Tip, I'd you eat there, just get a small pop, save some money! Get refills! Enjoy my 30 photos.

Let me tell you. This Taco Bell is my home base. My rock. My reliable ex with the good good. Because it’s always open late, and it always bangs. In all seriousness I have never had anything wrong with an order here. I have come through that driveway more than a handful of times at 1 and 2 am car full of people hungry as hell. And no matter how obnoxious or annoyingly long our order the staff has treated us with kindness and respect. It’s the kind of fast food experience you dream about. I LOVE these guys and gals and 100% gotta give late night their props. You are AWESOME.
