Everyone on tonights shift was on their game, thanks for all the hard work, lobby was clean and in order, Team member BJ was friendly and cleaned the entire dining area. There's a Children's indoor playground that is also kept clean and orderly, I can share with my kids this experience, what I did in my childhood. Thank you again, Reggie, Marqueze, Zye, Mila, Zaria

How hard is it to get an order right? Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese is not a Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Lets try providing the drinks ordered to the person who ordered and not give half the order to the wrong person. These are the people wanting $15/hr. You can't get basics right. Let's properly earn the minimum wage before you expect more reward.

Start with I tried ordering in the app which wouldn't work, so we went inside. Ordered using the kiosk which did not provide us with a receipt. While standing waiting I observed what I was told was the manager (and young hispanic/latina woman) yelling at a young man who works there carrying food to customers. She was rude as can be every time he told her he needed something. All somethings that SHE left out of the orders as she was the one bagging the food. Get to my order and see theres two sandwiches missing from my order as well. And what do you know, she's nasty to him again when he tells her he needs the sandwiches. Kudos to this young man bc I would have dropped everything and walked out and told her to clean up her own mess since she wants to he so nasty. In all this young man was t

Ordered pickup through the app. Very easy and convenient. I was pleasantly surprised at not only the speed of service, but wow, my burger was awesome! It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff member that delivered it to me was very friendly as well. If McDonald's was this good all the time, I would eat it more often!

Sigh! After all night fishing, we were ready for breakfast! We arrived at 4:10am. They told us, they stopped lunch/dinner at 4am and breakfast was still being made, to wait 10mins and come back around. While we waited the 10mins, we placed our order on the app. We went back through drive thru at 4:20am, just to be given the same speech but now it's a 15-20mins wait or if we didn't want to wait, our money would be refunded in an hour. We finally got our food at 4:45am, 35mins after arriving. It's Saturday morning, do better please!
