Culver’s

Came in tonight (11/20/25) specifically to try the Roasted Garlic and Bacon Pub Burger. As soon as I walked inside, I was actually exited to see it up on the menu board (see picture)... until I tried to order it. The young woman taking my order simply said "That's not available anymore." No I'm sorry or anything else. I even said that it's right there on the menu, and she just shrugged her shoulders. Ended up ordering something else, but would have been nice to even get a small apology.

I will say one thing. Their food is always good. I usually always get the chicken sandwich and Oreo mixer milkshake. Their pretzels are also good. I appreciate that they bring out the food to you like Chick Fil A to keep the line going but my only issue is almost every time I come here when I'm in the area something is always missing so I have to go back inside to get my missing items. Otherwise I really like the place.

I am not big on fast food and don't eat much of it. Culvers has a salad that is the best fast food salad I've ever had. Does not taste like a fast food place prepared it. It is quality salad, not just iceberg with stale carrots and cherry tomatoes. It is really good. Its my favorite thing to get onthe go.

honestly i dont do reviews, but ive been coming here religiously for the past 2 years and recently i can tell things have gone downhill. i live closer to the tanger location but i pass it to come to this one. i could tell something was wrong when i started to get low quality service, just small things things that i wasnt used to at this location. then our food started taking longer to come out when other people behind us got their LARGE orders first. that started happening almost every single time, even if we just got cheese fries & curds. we waited about 10 mins for that. then today, i get the flavor of the day because its my favorite along with our usual order. again, everyone behind us gets their food first then when ours comes out my ice cream is completely melted. i didnt even eat it,

I’m beyond disappointed I waited over 20 minutes in their curbside and this isn’t the first time either I’m done coming to this location. Took everything in me to remain polite it interfered with my plans greatly and last time as well my food was messed up this time at least that was right. Get your employees responding and doing their jobs. There was also low to no activity as I came later around 9:30. I’m done.
