McDonald's

Took a DoorDash order from here tonight. Only saw 2 employees. It took them 11 minutes from the time I arrived to acknowledge I was there and 12 minutes to fulfill an order that had been placed probably 7 minutes before I arrived. So 19 minutes for "fast" food. Oh and in that 12 minutes I was there they filled a whole 4 orders. 2 drive through, another door dash that came in after mine, and the one I was delivering.

I've lived in Kaysville basically my whole life so I can safely say I genuinely cannot remember the last time they got an order of mine right. I'll be honest, It's not that big of a deal, It's not gonna ruin my day or anything, but it is pretty funny and I do get a good laugh most times! Partially because I'm never ordering a lot either, it's just like a single sandwich or something. To be fair, I really don't eat here that often, so maybe I'm the problem or I'm not clear enough on my order or something. Who knows. Anyways, this is a very first world problem, and I do hope that this doesn't cause any of the great employees who I've talked with any trouble! I just thought I would share since I got a prompt for a review! God bless! :)

so I was playin Roblox and got a sudden urge to get a sweet treat from that Mistical magical McDonald’s over yonder in magical Kaysville I arrived at 1 am and the worker asked what did I want it was so hard to decide but after careful consideration I decide to get a large fry, mcsoder, McFlurry 2 of them cuz why not. Then I went to Wendy and they had the audacity to tell me they were close when them lights were on…but then I forgot I want a mccokie so I went back and decide to get a Mistical cone and GUESS WHAT… WHAT?…Chicken butt ahahahahah no but really I got a 4 count bigget nugget and when I opened the baddie I count 5 hole nuggets… I couldn’t even be McMad about it. I got a free nuggettttt

we live in kaysville, so this is the closest mcdonald’s to us and we keep giving it chances, but the service and accuracy are terrible. my mom was given a cheeseburger with no hamburger patty at all, just the bun and toppings. that should never happen. we clearly ordered two regular cokes and were given diet coke instead. it was supposedly fixed, but they still handed us diet coke. no one wants that if they didn’t ask for it. they are also extremely stingy and inconsistent with sauces. even when we request multiple, we usually get one, and the staff has attitudes about it. calling the store to fix issues is pointless because the employees are unprofessional and unhelpful. this location needs better training, better communication, and better customer service.
