The local experience with the spam, rice and eggs were pleasantly delicious! Great customer service and very friendly staff!

It was a very friendly and professional staff. One of them waved at us before we even got through the doors. I must say that the place is cleaner and in a pristine condition than most McDonald’s on the main land (US). Fast service and their breakfast menus are also better. You also have a great view of few USS Destroyers.

I AM NOT happy with the "shrinkflation" that is going on at this establishment. $16 is WAY too much to be paying the small portions of foods that I received. The Big Mac IS NOT so big anymore and paying $4 for a scoop of ice cream is highway robbery; back in the day Jesse James used guns to robbery people this McDonald's (and others) are using prices to robbery people. I remember when I only had $5 dollars to eat something and I could go to the value menu and get filled with food. Not nowadays, the portions are so small that they can't even be considered appetizers. So when come McDonald's expect a "Happy Meal" sized portion just DON'T expect a toy!!

As a current AGM of mcdonalds at a different location I must say this mcdonalds is easily 5 stars. Whether I order curbside, walk in or drive thru my order has always been spot on and the customer service absolutely amazing!

I have been to this McDonalds restaurant dozens of times over a past two decades. I always enjoy the friendly atmosphere and fantastic service. Maybe this is because the McDonalds is location on the Navy Base, but regardless, it’s always clean and available to all the hard working folks on the base. Overall, this is BEST McDonalds location in Oahu in my opinion. Highly recommended!
