Charleys Cheesesteaks

Thawed from frozen, freezer burned, gross leather chicken. Not worth $11.00 for a small gross sandwich. Literally tasted like weird dry leather. Do not recommend.

If there was a option for "No stars that is what would be earned. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and unfortunately, it was the worst I have ever experienced. The sandwich lacked any sauce, suggesting it was prepared incorrectly. Only one bite of the sandwich had any spice, indicating that the sauce was applied inadequately, rather than the meat being properly prepared in the sauce. It appeared that the staff was more focused on closing procedures than on delivering quality service. This was a regrettable $20 spent. Furthermore, the operating hours displayed on Google are incorrect; it states a 7:00 PM closing time, yet at approximately 5:40 PM, Charley's appeared to be expediting its closure in a race against Subway. I usually enjoy Charley’s, but this time they were out of bread, the grill appeared dirty and I found multiple long hairs in my wheat tortilla wrap which influenced me to throw half of it in the trash. Overall a disappointing lunch.

asked for spicy lemon pepper wings, gave me regular lemon pepper then when I said something she asks “is it okay if i just put it on top?”, I asked if she could mix it up in the wings then she just hands me the bottle of hot sauce also asked for cheese and bacon fries, they gave me plain fries, they also forgot my ranch. 10/10 would definitely go back.

We got the chicken sandwich specials. My sister ordered n paid. She told the lady what we wanted as sides lettuce, tomatoes and mushrooms. When we got our sandwiches, there was no mayonnaise or ranch dressing like the sign said!! When I asked the lady if could have some mayonnaise and why didn't have, she told me u ordered no mayonnaise!!?? So she gave me a cup of ranch dressing. She could have asked if we wanted any spreads when we ordered!! We have had this sandwich many times at the NEX location and always loved it. Will not go back to this location.
