Had a chicken deluxe today, and the lettuce and tomato was actually fresh, not soggy or stringy or brown!! The chicken was good, and the fries didn't taste like old grease trap! McDonald's is usually hit or miss but the Main St JC location is the best in our area. Go here instead of Harry L, just trust me...

My fries were super hot and gooey. I must say this was a great day to receive fries like that so I was happy. I will try and swing by today to see if I am still lucky enough to get that same treatment🤣

I'm posting this review based on my experience about 20 minutes ago. As many others have posted their reviews, I'm not the exception. I took my kids after school to get something quick to eat, but what we got was very UNPROFESSIONAL! The drive thru employee was very rude and condescending. Not only did my kids got to hear the rudeness and disrespect over the intercom, but also got to see a taste of how bad management is. Both the employee and manager refused to take my order when I was respectfully trying to defuse the situation. They either have to find a different job or be better trained at providing genuine customer service. What a shame and a bad taste! If you can avoid this location, please do so. Went through the drive through guy who was taking my order was so rude was yelling at me because I didn’t understand what one of the meals was then asked him if I had ordered something he told me to look at the screen horrible service. I will not be back pretty sad when your 6 year old kids say that guy was rude

Stopped at the Harry L location today about 3pm to pick up a drink for a friend, drive thru was backed up, so i thought going inside would be faster, After all, I'm was just getting a drink...took 20 minutes. The young lady that finally waited on me was very nice and patient with everyone. Their order screen showed orders waiting at least 8 minutes, and the auto drink machine had drinks lined up all over the counter. When I finally got the drink I came for... no ice. This is not the first time I've come here and fad this problem, beginning to think this is the norm. Very disappointed.
