The food was good and quickly served. The McDonald's team seemed nice but I find it a little odd that there were no lids, silverware or napkins out, and no refills on drinks. Got weird vibes from some guests too but no fault of the McDonald's staff.
Manager Jonathan and Crew make this McDonald's store amazing! Clean, bright. Great food, great service. Very busy 8-17-25, but you might not have noticed because of efficient, friendly staff.
The manager tonight had no idea how to run his shift and it showed. The customer service sucked. I waited in the drive thru for 10 mins before finally going inside to grab my mobile order. I go inside and waited for 45 mins. I wish I was exaggerating. Then, I notice the employees aren’t using gloves while handling the fries. The girl had super long nails with rhinestones on them. No hair nets..there was only one guy in the kitchen and his manager wouldn’t even jump back there to help him catch up. One of the worst experiences ever. But with Covid and monkey pox they should be a little more strict with hygiene.
went to get the $5 meal (cheeseburger, nuggets, fries and coke) but it is now $6 meal. Still not a bad meal.
Hot and delicious, friendly crew all at 12 am. Can’t ask for a better experience than that.
