Fantastic Service & an Incredible Chicken and Waffle Sandwich! A group of us from work were in the area for a training class and stopped by the Chick-fil-A in Hunt Valley for lunch — and it was a great choice. We used the drive-thru, and the team member who took our order was awesome. We were a little ditzy after a long morning of training, and he just rolled with it, super friendly and patient the entire time. We all tried the chicken and waffle sandwich, and wow — it was excellent. Absolutely delicious… sweet but not too sweet, with a waffle that tasted great and actually held together. It was the perfect balance and something I’d highly recommend trying. Great service, great food, great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I dined in at the Hunt Valley location and requested hot fries when placing my order. Once my order arrived at my table I immediately ate a fry and was disappointed to find out my fries weren’t hot as requested. I informed the manager Erin that my fries weren’t hot and she stated they were hot when they were given to me and there was nothing else she could do. I frequent this location and have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner. Erin does not need to be the face of Chick Fil A.

I have been coming here since this Chick-fil-A has opened. It has been great service and the food is always fresh. Everyone there is very friendly. I always am impressed! Love the new chicken sandwich.

We had the best customer service at this chik fil a, even on a federal holiday! The three women who we interacted with went the extra mile to take care of us. More businesses should take notes from chil fil a employees.
