Always a great experience at the Houghton McDonald’s. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and made correctly, and the restaurant is clean and well run. And $0.69 ice cream cones?! Ahhhmazing The staff is friendly, efficient, and welcoming, and the overall experience has noticeably improved over the past year. So happy it’s now open until midnight — such a great late-night option for the area. Easily one of the best McDonald’s locations around.

This store consistently will close doors before their actual closing time listed on google, app, doordash, etc. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my overall service from this restaurant. As a doordash driver, they make it impossible to pick up deliveries on time, and constantly prioritize every other order. Doordash deliveries are real customers too, and they should be treated as such. This McDonalds constantly makes it extremely hard for dashers to be able to pick up orders, often prioritizing the whole drive thru line and more before completing the doordash orders. The order are never ready and I have had to wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes every time I come here. The staff serve off the orders and use receipts to complete the orders so it appears to their computer system

can't tell you how many times I've gone in there and was just ignored by the staff for 10 minutes no one even saying will be right with you. that restaurant is egregious and so is the staff I shouldn't have to shout at them to get my attention to order a cheeseburger worthless restaurant worthless crew

Hard working people at McDonald's. For how busy it is there the drive through line is very fast. Prices are a little high but that's the times.

Food is generally fine and my orders are generally accurate. But I've been waiting 30 minutes in this drive through line and still don't have my food. Ridiculous.
