McDonald's

This has got to be among the worst McDonald's in the country. I have regrettably gone too many times and given enough chances and every single time, the experience is terrible. Today was the final straw. I submitted a mobile order at 1:22pm for pick up at the drive thru when I was about 3 minutes away from the restaurant. When I got there, the line was very backed up as it always seems to be. I finally got to the window after about 10 minutes and was given my drinks. After sitting at the window for another 5 minutes, the worker comes back and informs me that they were still working on my food and he needed me to pull forward. TWENTY MINUTES. I waited for an additional TWENTY MINUTES before my food was brought out. And of course, after I made the quick trip back to work, the food was warm a

This place is so incopipident. Missing food, cold fires and hair in the burger. The managers are not doing the job thats for sure!! The place is a mess, the food is expensive and poor quality. Maybe go to other McDonald's and see how it's supposed to operate. I call to ask for refitication and I am told there is none unless I go back to sign for money back or to get the missing items. For the amount of money employees make, they should be able to read a receipt and make simple orders correctly. Again mangers do your job, owners look at the poor quality your business is putting forth. Fix it or close it down.

You almost had it, but every one of them was broken.😞 not enough cooling time before packaging.

The service was super slow. Stood 30 minutes inside waiting for my order. Then when I went to the cashier they said they forgot my order. Unacceptable! I would go to any McDonalds in the world than this one. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Slow service I am a driver and customers get upset at wait times. Tonight the times were very bad sometimes 20 minutes without any attention inside to get bags and orders sometimes are missing essentials like drinks. Check orders.
